Early elections in the Slovak National Council held on 10. 3. 2012. Following the publication of results voters were surprised that the party SMER won with a huge lead and be able to govern itself, which in the modern history of Slovakia has not yet happened. Right-wing parties suffered a huge defeat. Neither did not receive more than 9%, which must have been a big disappointment for them. The clear victory of one party us save endless haggling for seats. But is it properly that a one party will decide about everything?
Slovakia will have leftist government and this election results, says that people wish the welfare state, so all economic problems did not address only at the expense of ordinary people. I think that although we will have left-wing government, they wouldn't pointless spend a money, as it is presented by some right-wing politicians. Today every government is already leftist or rightist and it is controlled by the European institutions and it is forced to follow certain rules. When any unforeseen economic crisis will not begin again in the world , our economy will continue to have economic growth. The economy of the country will continue to pull the automobile factory, U.S. Steel Košice and other businesses. One-party rule does not have to all along make compromises and let´s believe that it can build a fairer system and also growing economy, so that we are not constantly indebted.
